Baked Zucchini Parmesan

This is my absolute favorite way to cook and eat zucchini!   It is the perfect combination of tender zucchini flesh and slightly crunchy breading.  

Ingredient list:
bread crumbs
paremesan cheese

Clean and cut off the ends of the zucchini. Slice zucchini into 1/4-1/2 inch slices. Place beaten egg into one bowl and bread crumbs into a second bowl. Dip the zucchini slices first into the egg, and then into bread crumbs...coating thoroughly. Place on a baking sheet. Continue until all slices are coated. Dot the top of each slice with a small amount of butter/margarine. Sprinkle the top with shredded parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
