Beef stew (crockpot)

Beef Stew- Crock pot


This delicious stew can simmer all day while you are away. The portion is generous and it is a nice balanced meal!

3 carrots
 2 potatoes, cubed
1 lb beef, cubed 
2 cups beef broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
2 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf 
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper 
1 tsp paprika
3 onions, chopped 
1 rib celery, sliced
¼ cup flour 
1/3 cup cold water

1. Combine all ingredients except flour and water in the slow cooker. Mix well
2. Cover, cook on low for 8 hours
3. Dissolve the flour in water. Stir into meat mixture. Cook on high until thickened (about 10 minutes).
