Brenda’s beef casserole

Brenda's Casserole

6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
8 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 lb hamburger-cooked and drained
2 cans cream of celery soup

Spray 2 quart casserole, layer sliced potatoes, sliced carrots and meat. Stir in 2 cans of cream of celery soup

Bake 350* 2 hours

Serves 4
