Burritos


The burritos are filling and healthy.  A nice substitute to the high calorie versions at the Mexican restaurants!

1 lb grough turkey (or beef)
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can fat free re-fried beans
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (Fat free)
1 pkg whole wheat flour tortillas

Brown meat and mix in seasoning as directed on package. Stir in refried beans. Place 2-3 heaping tablespoons on each torilla, top with cheese; wrap and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

I serve these with sour cream and salsa. Very tasty! You can also cook some brown rice and while you are assembling the burritos add some cooked rice. Everything else remains the same. The nutrtion information does not include the rice.
