Chicken Enchiladas

Chicken Enchiladas


This is one of my favorite dishes!  It is simple to make and tastes delicious!

1 large and 1 sm can of chicken
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar chese
1 can heart healthy cream of chicken soup
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 cup grated chedder 
1 pkg flour tortilla
1 tbs milk

*drain chicken and tear apart with fork. Add 1 1/2 cup cheese
*Stuff tortillas (dividing evenly) with the chicken mixture. Roll up and lay flat in a 9x13 prepared pan (prepared by spraying with non-stick spray)
*Mix oup, sour cream, and a few tbs of milk to thin mixture. Pour over the tortilas
*Cover with remaining cheese
*Bake 30 minutes at 325 or until lightly browned
