Fiesta Skillet

This plate is a full size 9 inch plate and yes that is ONE serving. It is 449 calories for that serving. It is a lot of food! Good for those meals when you are hungry!  And it’s super tasty!

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic-minced
2 cups mushrooms (optional)
2-3 bell peppers, chopped
1 jar salsa (16 ounce)
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
4 cups coooked whole wheat pasta

In a large skillet cook ground turkey until browned. Drain. Add onion and garlic and saute' five minutes. Add mushrooms and bell peppers. Saute' 5 minutes more. Stir in salsa. Cover and cook over medium low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in Sour cream. Add pasta and stir will. Cook over medium low heat three minutes or until thoroughly heated
