Scalloped Potatoes

Scalloped Potatoes


This is a great little side dish to accompany some healthy vegetables!

4 cups thinly sliced potaotes (about 6-8 medium potatoes
2 tbs flour
2 tbs butter (margarine...)
2 cups scaled milk

In a buttered 2 quart casserole dish place a layer of about 1/3 of the potatoes. Sprinkle with with 1/2 of the flour. repeat with another layer of potatoes followed by the rest of the flour. Top with the last 1/3 of the potatoes. Dot with butter then pour hot milk over potatoes.

Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake and additional 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender
