I have tried to label these desserts as 'healthy' and 'indulgent'.  The labels are purely subjective to ingredients used, how something is prepared, the size of the portion and most importantly what your dietary restrictions are.  So for some a 'healthy' recipe may be something that is not good...while for someone else an indulgent recipe might be manageable!
